Things have really been crazy!

Where have we been?????

BOY!  Has this been a pain!
I upgraded to a new, larger hard drive and transferred the server to the new drive.
Unfortunately, when I backed up my database, the restore didn’t work.  I’ve been trying to recover the data ever since.
Rebuilding the server was pretty quick this time.  I think I’ve got the hang of that [...]

Early Sunday morning (October 7, 2006) a fleeing driver hit the power pole at the end of our cross street and knocked out the transformer that fed our area.  This resulted in a MAJOR power spike back up the lines that “blew out” Kathi’s printer and our server.
